Since its establishment in 1983, the School of Production Engineering and Management (PEM) educates students to handle complex, multidisciplinary problems involving economic, social, technological and environmental criteria and constraints and to undertake managerial roles in the industry, services and public utility sectors. The curriculum of PEM offers specializations in the natural and mathematical sciences, production systems, operations research, management, and the humanities.
The goals of the doctoral program are to generate new knowledge and provide students with advanced training in order to be able to solve challenging scientific problems and contribute to the advancement of science and technology.
There are no tuition fees.
